Frankton's Zoning Code shall serve to guide future development in accordance with the goals and objectives outlined in the Imagine Frankton Comprehensive Plan. Specifically, its primary purpose is to protect the general health, safety, and welfare of residents. The regulations and standards of the Code are meant to create stability within zoning districts, such that each zoning district allows a predictable range of compatible uses and building types.
